Juliet Borges Managing Director

Juliet started her career in television at Channel 4 in the Commercial Affairs department, working closely with the commissioning editors and running a wide genre of the broadcaster production budgets.

In 2003 Juliet left Channel 4, after 13 years, to start up Remedy Productions with her co-founder, Toby Dormer. Remedy soon became a leader in music & youth production and grew to over 50 staff. In May 2011 the company joined forces with Leopard Films a UK & US based production company to form Argonon.

Toby Dormer President, Remedy Canada

Before founding Remedy with Juliet Borges in 2003 Toby was a freelance producer and director. He began his career as a trainee at the BBC in the News, Current Affairs and Documentary departments rising to the grade of Assistant Producer in two years. From the BBC he moved into the genre of Entertainment working as a producer, director and series producer on shows such as Planet Pop, The Dog's Balearics, Holiday, Star For A Night, CD:uk and numerous others.

Tom Blakeson Chief Creative Officer

Tom is responsible for Remedy Productions’ creative output and digital interactivity.
An experienced producer of quality entertainment programming, he was named one of Broadcast Magazine’s Hot 100 in 2012.
His past credits include BBC One’s breakthrough hit ‘Pointless’, and Channel 4’s ‘The Million Pound Drop’.

Ted Hill Creative Director

Ted has produced and exec'd numerous music and live entertainment shows on both sides of the Atlantic such as SM:TV and CD:UK (ITV); T4 and T-Mobile Transmission (Channel 4); The All America Party and SXSW (Fox / DirecTV).
Since joining the company in 2009, he has overseen the production of Radio 1's Teen Awards, NME Awards, Freshly Squeezed, BringMeTo1D and all Remedy productions for MTV.

Bernie Costello Director of Production

Bernie joined Remedy Productions in 2006 and launched the successful, long-running series 'Freshly Squeezed', as well as the final years of 'E4 Music'.
Since the demise of E4 Music Bernie has taken on the MTV commmssion and settled this huge slate of programming into a tight schedule.

Matt Tiffin Head of Entertainment

Matt is responsible for Remedy’s Entertainment output. Before joining Remedy he held senior creative roles at NBCUniversal, Eyeworks, BBC Worldwide and BBC Entertainment, and produced numerous entrainment formats in the UK and USA. He has developed shows as diverse as The 21st Question (ITV), Walk on the Wild Side (BBC1), Great American Road Trip (NBC), How Much is Enough (GSN) and Shipwrecked: Battle of the Islands (Channel 4).

Jim Regan Head of Remedy Scotland

As the lead creative and business winner in Scotland, Jim is overseeing development projects whilst Executive Producing ‘Fifteen to One’ for Channel 4. Previously Jim was an Executive at FremantleMedia with a central role in the international team tasked with creating successful entertainment and factual global brands. Jim has developed and produced content for all UK broadcasters and several Australian and US Networks.

Lana Webb Head of Music & Talent

Lana joined Remedy from Channel 4 where she was part of the launch of the original 4Music zone. As the Head of Music and Talent at Remedy, she oversees all artist relations.
With over 12 years experience with record labels and management companies, Lana has built up an excellent network of contacts in the industry and has a track record of spotting new talent. This includes finding new TV presenters (Nick Grimshaw & George Lamb), to securing first TV appearances for artists (Kasabian and The Killers).

Harry Blackwell MTV Series Producer

Harry runs Remedy's MTV slate, consisting of Music Specials, Hosted Programming and seven different Official Chart Shows.
As such, he is responsible for the successful delivery of over 1,000 hours of television a year.

Paul Lobban Studio Manager

Paul graduated from the University of Westminster with a first in Photographic Arts in 2013. After working for Apple and various Fine Art galleries he joined Remedy where he now manages the Remedy studios as well as all the technical facilities. He has worked across productions including: BBC Teen Awards, MTV, C4 and a number of development projects. Paul also contributes with camera work, lighting, set design and sound on a variety of productions.
